The powerful Form Generator module allows users to define forms and labels that will print whenever a shipment is processed, in addition to the standard forms and labels. Moreover, it also generates additional output such as files, faxes, e-mails, conveyor belt driving signals, and more.

The potential applications are limitless!

Some Usage Examples:

• Bills of lading. Define your own BOL for printing whenever a generic LTL carrier is used.

• Airway forms for printing whenever a shipment is processed via a generic carrier.

• Export documents for international shipments.

• Invoices & packing lists, especially useful for Pack & Ship businesses.

• Special labels:
• Barcoded labels. With some technical know-how and the right printer, barcodes can be incorporated within labels. The barcode information can include part numbers, serial numbers and more. You can even define shipping labels which include carrier tracking number and barcode.
• Special UCC128 Container Code Labels. These labels are required by some large distributors, and contain specified information in their required format. These can either be defined by the end user, or purchased from Multiple Services, Inc.

• Online exporting. Design a form with all the required shipping information and send it to the serial port or a file so that another PC can have immediate access to the shipping data.

• Defined forms can be associated with each carrier, service type, or customer. Additionally, form printing can be limited to certain conditions. A few examples illustrate this idea:
  • Print an export form only for international service types.
  • Print a special label only if the consignee is Wal-Mart.
